Peanut Butter Frosting
Quantity: sufficient frosting to cover 16 brownies
Ingredients:
100 g butter, softened to room temperature
100g smooth peanut butter*
62 g powdered sugar, more or less to taste
*we recommend using the “American” kind for this. All-natural options are not soft or moist enough to create a spreadable frosting!
Instructions:
- Using an electric mixer, beat the butter & peanut butter together until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Pro tip: the butter needs to be softened to create a smooth frosting. We recommend taking your butter out of the fridge 1-2 hours before using it. The consistency should be soft enough to leave a dent when you push into it but not so soft that is getting runny.
