Bake 12 Vegan Carrot Cake Muffins at home!
What you bake:
Our Carrot Cake muffins are the muffin version of traditional carrot cake but with a twist since ours are vegan! Made with organic Carrot Juice, fresh carrots & a hint of cinnamon, they just as rich & comforting as carrot cake, but still offer a completely vegan alternative to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The Baking Kit comes with pre-measured supplies to make 12 muffins in the comfort of your own kitchen, including:
- 1 each of spice, sugar, & flour mixes
- 100% organic carrot juice
- 1 vial of apple cider vinegar
- 12 muffin tins
- 1 recipe
You will need 3 carrots,125ml plant-based oil & a standard sized 12 muffin baking tray in addition.
Recipe difficulty: easy - this recipe doesn’t require a mixer so it’s a great one if you are just getting into baking or to do with kids!
